Irregular hours 6/4, 6/6

The Mead's hours will change on the following dates:

  • On Tuesday, June 4th, the Mead will close at 11 AM  in observance of the annual College picnic
  • On Thursday, June 6th, the Mead will be closed due to planned electrical maintenance 
  • On Friday, June 7th, the Mead will be open, but with partial gallery closures: The Juncture and Like a Slow Walk with Trees: Alicia Grullón will be inaccessible, but visitors are invited to spend time with Boundless and Black Art Matters student art showcase.

Teaching and Learning at the Mead

The Mead connects people, art, and curricula. Using the museum as a site for learning across disciplines, Mead educators work with college faculty and K-12 teachers to develop experiential projects, and programs that deepen learning objectives.
