Lindsey Huang 26 smiling in front of Memorial Hill

Hello everyone! My name is Lindsey Huang, and I’m a sophomore (class of 2026) from San Francisco, California. I’m a prospective Psychology and Economics double major, but I’m also interested in taking social sciences and humanities classes. I’m a recruited student-athlete, and I play on the Amherst Women’s golf team, which has been one of my favorite parts of my Amherst experience.

Outside of classes and athletics, I’m involved in Asian Students Association (ASA), and The Indicator (Amherst’s student-run literary magazine). I also volunteer with the Amherst Poetry Club’s Words Together program, a poetry program for young adults at the local Jones Library. I spend a lot of time studying on the second floor of Keefe Campus Center with my friends. In addition to my job as a student blogger, I also work at the Writing Center and as an RA for Professor Peralta.
