- Supports registered student organizations through registration, event planning, training, etc
- Advises the Association of Amherst Students
- Advises Olio, campus yearbook
- Advises CAB, Campus Activities Board
- Manages Student Engagement and Leadership spaces, Keefe Campus Center, Ford 107, O'Connor Commons and the Powerhouse
- Manages engagement platform, The Hub
- Serves as the main point of contact for Orientation at Amherst College
- Plans, executes and manages Orientation programming
- Hires, trains, and supervises Orientation Leaders and Orientation Coordinators
- Serves at the Division of Student Affairs liaison for parent and family programming
