AMHERST, Mass.—The Muze Jazz Ensemble will perform a program of standards and originals on Friday, April 14, at 8 p.m. in Buckley Recital Hall at Amherst College. The concert is free and open to the public.

The members of the Muze Jazz Ensemble are pianist Michelle Feldheim, who teaches jazz piano at Amherst College, Daniel Klimoski on reeds, bassist Vim Auer, percussionist Jeff Nissenbaum, and vocalist Stuart Getz.

Spike Lee will speak at 8 p.m. in LeFrak Gymnasium. Lee’s talk and all other symposium events are free and open to the public.

This figure represents a 3.3% increase over this year’s comprehensive fee, which includes tuition, room and board. The increase is the lowest percentage increase in 35 years.

Her talk and a reception to follow are free and open to the public.
