Friday, February 9 | 2024-2025 Course Information due to Registrar | Departments to finalize courses via the Course Catalog Editing Tool. Information includes instructor, semester offered, updates to description, title, and course restrictions. The Course Catalog Editing Tool is open to all ADC's at this time. |

| Monday, March 18 | Thesis Advisor Name changes/ corrections due from Academic Departments to Registrar's Office | Updated thesis advisor information must be sent to the Registrar's Office for Seniors. |

Monday, April 1 | Study Away Deadline | Students considering study away in any semester of the 2024-25 academic year must complete the Study Away Approval Checklist for the Office of Global Education by April 1. The deadline is firm; students can withdraw if they decide not to study away. |
Monday, April 1 | Application to Participate in Commencement due for Class of 2025E | Students who will have their degree conferred in Fall 2024 and wish to participate in May 2024 Commencement must submit the Application to Participate in Commencement by this deadline. Students who participated in a prior Commencement ceremony may not apply to participate for a second time. Watch for details. |

Monday, April 8 - Friday, April 12 | First Round Pre-Registration for Fall 2024 | First round of Fall 2024 course registration for ALL returning students. Course registration during this period is not guaranteed. All students will be enrolled during this week but faculty will make adjustments during Roster Management Week for classes with stated limits. |
Monday, April 15- Tuesday, April 16 | April Break | Class schedule not affected by break. Classes resume Wednesday with no changes. |
Monday, April 15- Sunday, April 21 | Roster Management Week | Faculty of classes with limits will submit lists to the Registrar's Office to manage roster lists. During this week, students may be cut from course rosters. |
Monday, April 22- Friday, April 26 | Second Round Pre-Registration for Fall 2024 | After Roster Management Week, students have a second chance to register for Fall 2024 classes. Limits are enforced. |
