Commencement Coordinator
The Commencement Student Coordinator is responsible for managing the 30+ student staff hired for Commencement activities
Event Staff
Interested in working a festival, lecture, or dinner? We hire student event staff for usher and coat check positions.
Office Assistant
The Office Assistant position includes administrative tasks, greeting visitors at the front door, and helping with projects for Pindar Dinners, Speakers and Festivals.
Pindar Concierge
The Pindar Concierge is responsible for the assignment and execution of seating assignments, and is also the Master/Mistress of Ceremonies at the dinners.
Summer Programs Assistant
Summer Programs Assistants are an integral part of the summer conference and event operation at Amherst College, providing daily event support and coordination to 40+ programs throughout June, July and August.
