Spiritual, Mindfulness, and Grief Support

One-on-one spiritual counseling, mindfulness coaching, and grief support are available to staff from Harrison Blum, director of religious and spiritual life. Harrison is also available to lead remote memorial services over Zoom if staff have lost loved ones and can't gather to grieve and celebrate that person's life in person.

Employee Assistance Program (New Directions)

Amhest’s Employee Assistance Program, called New Directions, is a comprehensive resource to help and support you with life services for everyday living. Some of the resources and services available include Family and Caregiving, Daily Living, Emotional Well-Being, and Health and Wellness. Colleague Resource Groups
