Make Amherst an Exceptional Workplace
“What we are doing through our work together is investing in the future and saying that it’s worth believing in, it’s worth working hard for, it’s worth asking difficult questions of. It is not easy work, but it is meaningful work.” — President Michael A. Elliott
Through a commitment to make Amherst an extraordinary place to work, with a focus on collaboration and communication at the College, we will deepen the impact of what we do individually and collectively and foster deep and genuine collaborative relationships that make our time at Amherst engaging and joyful. Much of the work in this area is guided by the results of the recent staff survey.
