Generating A Zoom Meeting Report

Introduction

Zoom reports are useful to collect information about attendance, registration, and poll responses. Zoom allows hosts to view information from their past meetings. 

Instructions

To access your reports follow the steps listed below:

  1. Access the Amherst College Zoom web interface (https://amherstcollege.zoom.us
  2. Click Sign In and enter your Amherst SSO credentials
  3. From the left navigation menu, click Reports

  4. Select whether you want a Usage or Meeting report
    1. Usage: view all meetings information including attendance information within a given time period
    2. Meeting: view registration information and meeting poll results

Usage Report

Use the date range picker to select the appropriate duration (maximum 1 month) and click Search

To get a list of attendees (participants) click the number under the Participants column. You will be provided with a list of people who joined your meeting, when they joined/left and their duration. To export the list as a CSV spreadsheet, click the Export button

Meeting Report

To view polling results or meeting registration data, select the meeting from the provided list and click Download to get the results as a CSV file.
