Introduction
To ensure that you always have the latest tools and security features, you should keep your Zoom client up-to-date. Additionally, Zoom restricts older versions of its clients to maintain the security of all participants on a call. Currently, the oldest allowed version of the Zoom client is version 5.3.0.
The IT Department also suggests enabling the auto-update feature. Refer to Zoom's article on the subject

Check Your Client Version
Desktop Client (Windows/Mac)
- Launch Zoom
- Click on your profile icon in the top right cornerImage
- Select Help > About Zoom
- The version will be listed. If lower than the minimum, you should update your clientImage
Mobile Client (iOS, Android)
- Open the Zoom app.
- Tap Settings .
- Tap About Zoom. You will see the Zoom app version. If lower than the minimum, you should update your client
Upgrade Zoom Client

- Launch Zoom

- Select Check for Updates or download the latest version from Zoom's website
Mobile Client (iOS/Android)
- Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the latest version
